■ Why These Videos Matter
Why Settlement and Day in the Life Videos Work
Settlement and day in the life videos give context and meaning to medical records and case files by showing the real human impact of an injury or loss. They help juries and mediators see the daily challenges a client faces, the emotional toll on families, and the lasting consequences beyond numbers on a page. By humanizing damages in this way, these videos often create stronger leverage in mediation and can contribute to more favorable settlement outcomes.

■ What Sets Us Apart
How We’re Different
Most national providers require $10K–$20K upfront.
Underhill Media works like you do: a small retainer to cover production costs, and the remainder after the case resolves.
This aligns us with your success and keeps us invested in the outcome.
